Refund policy

Returns
We want you to love your purchase.  Please contact us within 15 days of receipt should you have any problems with your order and allow us to make it right.  If 15 days have gone by since your receipt of your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Replacements 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received your item damaged please send us an email at creative@lpgcards.com with a picture of the damaged item or send your item to: LPG Greetings, 813 Wisconsin Street, Walworth, WI 53184

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
